Veoh, Wordpress.com and LinkedIn See Huge Growth

What’s interesting is Veoh is on that list, but YouTube isn’t. And it’s a pretty big list. Why are people switching to Veoh? I hadn’t heard about it till a couple of months back (I saw it because someone would upload Heroes episodes there :P). I’m not so big on video sharing, but I’ll have a look around here from now on.

LinkedIn’s existence on that list, and Facebook’s absence shows that the professional crowd are bigger users of networks than the high-school/college crowd. Or maybe Facebook has managed to assimilate a phenomenally huge crowd and they’re running out of people to add. There’s no MySpace on that list either.

Wordpress.com’s growth is also interesting because it shows people flocking to Wordpress - away from Blogger. I’m very sure Wordpress user-count is much lesser than Blogger’s, but I’m also sure that quality bloggers from Wordpress are far more than one’s from Blogger.

And why is Reddit on that list, but not Digg?
