I’m pretty sure he does, and it seems like all Microsoft is doing these days is throwing around the money they’ve made over all those years in the past, with Live Cashback being a supreme example. This is almost the tech equivalent of the Bofors scandal, but is too geeky for people to actually speculate anything.
