… a second year college student, studying at Manipal University, India. He’s fond of writing, music and sketching. The geek side of him loves designing, web-developing and obsessively checking his Facebook profile. When he is not doing either of the above things, he’s sleeping or at college. He is a Computer Science major, with decent grades. He is not a nerd, but a proud geek. He can be normal around other people … something nerds cannot do.

Fairly reserved and a little bit of an introvert, he likes to unwind by reading the news, his feed updates, and tinkering with templates here and there. Throughout the ordeal, his trusty headphones are always playing heavy/hard rock. His favourite bands are Pink Floyd, Guns ‘N Roses, Wolfmother, Limp Bizkit and Korn among others.

He has been web-teching since ‘04, when he got his second ever computer. His blogging days started with Blogger in ‘05, and after coming up with many blogger-hacks, finally made the jump to Wordpress in ‘07. He has written three Facebook applications till date, which have 78,000 plus users, and many user-scripts with 5100 plus installs. He is fluent with PHP, C++, Javascript and (thanks to college) assembly language for the x86 processor family. An avid follower of Apple, Facebook and Google, he believes that Apple can do no wrong, and Facebook is the nerve centre of the Internet’s social graph. And yes, he also is anti-Microsoft.

Currently, he lives in Manipal with his house-mate and friends.
